Terms of Use

By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to bind your business entity (if applicable), and that you accept these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is offered on monthly, annual pay-in-full, and 90-day introductory subscription plans. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current standard rate, charged to your payment method on file, until canceled.

Introductory pricing applies only to the introductory period and converts to standard monthly pricing on day 91 unless canceled before renewal.

You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access continues through the paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods. See our Refund Policy.

We may modify subscription pricing from time to time. Price changes affecting your renewal will be communicated with reasonable advance notice (no less than 30 days) via email to the address on file. Continued use after the renewal date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute platform data, AI outputs, or proprietary content
• Share account credentials or allow access by individuals outside your organization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, for misuse, non-payment, fraud, or material violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time; closure does not entitle you to a refund of prior charges.

Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes. You are responsible for all such taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on our net income.

Confidentiality obligations under these Terms do not apply to information that is: (a) publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; (b) independently developed without reference to confidential information; (c) lawfully received from a third party without restriction; or (d) required to be disclosed by law, subpoena, or court order, provided reasonable advance notice is given where permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Beltway Suite's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid by the member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall The Beltway Suite be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, DC.
